To determine customer service needs, Pixomizer may periodically collect generic information from the users of its website for the sole purpose of evaluating the overall usefulness and success of its website. This generic information does not reveal the identity of the visitor and may include: the name of the website used by the visitor visited, how much time spent on individual website pages, the domains used by the visitor (.com, .org, etc.), and the visitor’s originating web page. In addition, Pixomizer may collect specific data about users of its website only when such information is supplied voluntarily. To improve the services Pixomizer offers to its visitors and customers, Pixomizer may in the future increase its information gathering abilities. No information obtained about the visitors of Pixomizer’s website will be revealed or sold to a third party unless authorized by the website visitors.
Pixomizer does not send “spam” or “junk” email. In certain instances, Pixomizer may contact customers via e-mail to respond to messages, confirm purchases, or transmit information requested by a website visitor. In the event customers or website visitors receive any unwanted email from Pixomizer, the customer may request that Pixomizer cease sending such email by unsubscribing to its email list though it may require a specific amount of time to implement that request.
Pixomizer intends for its visitors and customers to feel that their privacy would be protected when accessing their accounts or when purchasing services from Pixomizer. Pixomizer uses specific security measures to protect data conveyed with a customer’s purchase and Pixomizer requires its employees and subcontractors to protect the privacy of such data. Because Pixomizer intends for the information about its visitors and customers it obtains and uses to be accurate, Pixomizer will attempt to verify such information and asks that its customers notify Pixomizer of any inaccuracies or mistakes in their online account data and bills of which they may become aware.
Pixomizer’s goal is to meet client needs by strictly adhering to the instructions provided to Pixomizer by the client. To accommodate the client’s needs Pixomizer will revise work to correct errors that are the result of a misunderstanding but under no circumstances will Pixomizer be responsible for any direct, implied or consequential damages that may be caused by such errors.
